PaddleFit - Basic Fitness Classes $35.00
The PaddleFit Basic class introduces you to the world and training program of PaddleFit through our fun and challenging atmosphere. Our PaddleFit certified coaches will give you a taste of the many benefits of training on the water, including board skills, balance, endurance, strength and focus. Now is the time to start on your path to get on the water and achieve your training goals. This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels but participants must have some prior SUP experience.
PaddleFit - Tech 1 Classes $75.00
PaddleFit Tech 1 is our paddling technique class and your first step in learning proper technique. Getting down the proper technique is beneficial for many reasons, including increased performance, injury prevention, making SUP a core workout and enhancing your enjoyment when paddling. During your hour lesson, our PaddleFit certified coaches will teach you proper paddling fundamentals so no matter where you are on your SUP journey you will be on the path to paddling properly. *MAX. 4 people per session

These dynamic PaddleFit classes can take place 100% on the water or, on land and in the water. Warm ups and cool downs are preformed just like any other fitness class. The difference is the cardio and cross training aspects of using paddle boards for fitness routines.
Improve your general fitness with a cardio workout that includes stand-up paddleboard training. PaddleFit classes improve strength, and flexibility.
Build stamina paddle boarding while toning specific muscles used for the sport. Strengthening the core muscles provides your body more balance on the paddle board.
Core stability also helps to improve and correct posture. PaddleFit classes are a fun alternative to hitting the gym. Working out on the water provides a change of scenery and an exciting atmosphere.
In PaddleFit interval training classes the focus is on building strength and cardio endurance. Each PaddleFit class is sure to get your heart rate and energy up.
Strength training workouts on the water will take traditional gym classes to a new level. Use your paddle board as an exercise mat, and build core strength while preforming exercises in the water.
Expect your paddling strength and endurance to increase with a PaddleFit class. To go the distance you have to first learn how to paddle at a solid pace for a longer period of time. The emphasis is on paddle technique to build stamina and gradually increase speed. Each class focuses on a number of paddling techniques or aspects of stroke.
